We at Bluefire Technology Group (together with our affiliates, "we", "our" or "us") respect your privacy and are strongly committed to keeping secure any information we obtain from you or about you. This Privacy Policy describes our practices with respect to Personal Information we collect from or about you when you access our websites (collectively, the "Site") or use our products and services, including associated software, tools, data and documentation (collectively, the "Services").
Visiting the website, creating an account, subscribing to the newsletter or applying for a demo implies your explicit approval of this Privacy Policy and of the way we collect, use and process your personal data.

Email marketing
We may use your personal data to contact you with newsletters and promotional material. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. We use Mailchimp for email marketing. Its privacy policy is available at mailchimp.com/legal.

GDPR and EU data subjects

Children
Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided Personal Information to us, email support@bluefiretech.com.au and we will endeavour to delete it.
Security
We use commercially reasonable physical, technical and administrative measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure of data. No security measure is perfectly secure and no internet or email transmission is ever fully error free, so take care deciding what information you send to us. We are not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures on third party websites.
International users
By using our Services you acknowledge that your Personal Information will be transferred from your location to our facilities and servers in Australia.
